  • Rates include an airport greeting, villa orientation, arrival and departure cleanings, a light mid-week cleaning, and an on-call local property manager to answer questions, make suggestions on dining and activities, and address any problems
  • Rates are based on an occupancy of 10 people. There is a $125 per extra person per week charge for occupancy over 10 guests, to cover additional utilities.
  • 11% mandatory government accomodation tax is added to all rates.
  • Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, in both the bedrooms and living areas. Air conditioning is metered separately and charged back to guests at cost to encourage conservation.
  • Check-in is 3pm, and check-out is 11am. Cleaning may begin at 10am to prepare the villa for the next guests.
